Account Management: To change any of the registered information on your account, go to www.wow-europe.com/en and login with your account name and password. Once you are logged in, please go to our account management page, doing so will allow you to make modifications to your account and billing information.

If you are unable to reach the World of Warcraft homepage, please make sure that your computer is connected to the internet, and if you are having problems connecting to the Internet, please contact your Internet Service Provider for help.

If you are certain your internet connection is functioning, and you are sure you are going to the right location, please follow our connection troubleshooting steps.

Changing account information: Our Billing team can help you change the information registered on your account. Please use our webform and include the following information:

  1. Account name
  2. Your full name
  3. Current registered email address
  4. Your zip code (for verification purposes)
  5. The information you would like to change

You will receive a confirmation when the email change is processed, or if more information is required.

What To Do if Your Authentication Key is Missing: If you are certain that there is no Authentication Key sticker anywhere on the game materials, immediately return your copy of World of Warcraft to the store where it was purchased, and exchange it for a different copy.

A copy of the game that is missing an Authentication Key is defective, the same as if it is missing a disk or manual, and it should be exchanged immediately.

If the store is unable or unwilling to replace a copy of the game that is missing an Authentication Key, please hold onto your original receipt and please contact our Billing and Account Services team through our webform.

What to Do if Your Authentication Key Is Invalid: Double-check the key you are typing into the web form, and make sure it matches the one on the Authentication Key sticker.

If you are certain that you have typed in the key properly, but it still does not work, take your copy of World of Warcraft back to the store where it was purchased. If the Authentication Key is defective, the whole product is defective, and it should be exchanged at the place of purchase immediately.

If the store is unable or unwilling to replace a copy of the game that is missing an Authentication Key, please hold onto your original receipt and please contact our Billing and Account Services team through our webform.

Account Ownership disputes: If you feel that ownership rights to your account have been compromised, please use our webform, selecting the category "Banned / Suspended Accounts". Please include as much information as possible to identify the account.
